Aussie GCHG CH Legacy's Power Play
One of the most impostant Mini sires in breed history was an Aussie, Legacy’s Power Play aka Player. He sired dozens of champions, both Australian Shepherds and Miniature American Shepherds. On Thanksgiving Day 2014, He was Australian Shepherd BOB and took second place Herding Group on the NBC coverage of the National Dog Show.
GCH CH Legacy's Aces and Kings
This Player son is named Aces and Kings aka Maverick. He sired over thirty Mini champions and was MASCUSA top sire for 2018. He is the sire of Double Play, Man About Town, and our girl Aces and Pearls. He is the grandfather of Freestyle, Rhett, Smokey, and Sophie. All pictuered on this site
GCHB CH Legacy's Double Play
Although Double Play is not a Player son, he is a double grandson which is genetically the same as a son. He has sired seventeen Mini champions to date including our girls GCH Sophie and GCH Smokey. And like Player, he too was BOB and appeared on the NBC coverage of the National Dog Show in 2018.
GCHP Legacy's Man About Town
Aka Manny was a Platinum GCH. He was a Maverick son and sire of thirteen champions including our boy GCHG Rhett pictured above. Manny’s 15.5″ stature combined with excellent conformation and movement made an important contribution to our breeding program.
GCHP CH Legacy's Freestyle
Freestyle aka Chad is a Platinum GCH who was Best of Opposite at Westminster in 2024 and America’s top all breed point winning Mini male in 2022. He is the sire of our girl GCH Mimi listed on this site.
